Tevez ready to say sorry |

Carlos Tevez has admitted he is prepared to apologise if Manchester City feel it is necessary to smooth over his return to the club.
The Argentina international is finally jetting back to England after returning to his homeland in the wake of his fall-out with Roberto Mancini during the UEFA Champions League clash with Bayern Munich back in September.
Tevez was disciplined by the Premier League leaders over his refusal to resume his warm-up against Bayern before going AWOL and was widely expected to be sold in January, only for no move to materialise.
Discussions between the City hierarchy and the striker's representative, Kia Joorabchian, appear to have paved the way for an Etihad Stadium comeback, although Tevez's comments that he was treated 'like a dog' by Mancini during their bust-up in Germany will have done little to aid the situation.
Apologise
But there is clearly an element of contrition on the part of the former Manchester United and West Ham striker, who was City's captain and top scorer last season as they lifted the FA Cup.
"I do not think I was wrong, but if they (the club) think so I apologise. I am ready to return, to win and do the best for the club's shirt," he said, in an extensive interview with Fox Sports.
"Hopefully I can help City to be champions again. The most important thing for me is to return to get fit.
"I always said that at 28 I would retire. Today I say, 'No, I have much more to give'."
Tevez claimed he would be ready to challenge for a place in the City side in a fortnight.
"In two weeks I play, I think," he added.
