China Life sponsors 2011 China Open

In the afternoon on 28th Sep, 2011,China Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICL)officially signed a contract with 2011 China Open Organizing Committee. It signeda contract with China Open this year as Diamond Sponsor. LI Lingwei, officer of Tennis Administration Center of General Administration of Sport of China, ZHANG Yabin, Deputy Executive Director of Organizing Committee of 2011 ChinaOpen, Chairman of China Open Promotions Limited, ZHANG Junhui, Tournament Director of China Open, President of China Open Promotions Limited and       ZHANG Xiangxian, vice-president of ChinaLife Insurance Company Limited attended the signing ceremony.

ZHANG Xiangxian, vice-presidentof China Life Insurance Company Limited said that China Life has paid attention to the development of tennis in China. Since 2004, China Life has sponsored Chinese Amateur Tennis Masters Cup for seven times. In 2010, China Life sponsored China Open as the only Platinum Sponsor in the insurance industry. This year, China Life upgrades from Platinum Sponsor to Diamond Sponsor. It aims at giving thanks to the society for the support and trust for a long time through asuccessful and high-class international event to offer a feast for tennis fans and lovers during the National holiday.

ZHANG Xiangxian also introduced besides sponsoring the official match, on 6th Oct, the carnival activity of "ChinaLife Day" will be held. It includes performances, games, lucky draws and meetings with tennis stars. World's representative of China Life, YAO Ming will also be at National Tennis Center on that day. He will sign for fans, do lucky draw and send gifts for the new couples who hold the group wedding at Court 1.

On the signing ceremony, China Life offers the Organizing Committee a 200 million insurance, which includes the insuranceneeds of fans and staffs.
